A few people have stated that both are copies of Bruce Lee, but as one prior commenter pointed out no one actually points out which movie and or scene these two fights are copying from.
Keep in mind even if they are copying a style that doesn't make it unoriginal. If the fight itself is different from anything seen in a Bruce Lee movie it is not a copy.
This opposed to Naruto which has blatantly copied Cowboy Bebop. If someone posts proof that both scenes are copies of a Bruce Lee movie then my point is invalid, but until then, I assume Cowboy Bebop is original scene, and Naruto is a shit copy.

What if they got permission to use a scene? You know like "REFERENCING" or an "EASTER EGG"? Everyone is like "ew copying bleh" if that was the case it wouldn't have even made it on air, or cut from the original completely from all versions.
