In the series, Angels are intersex, meaning that they all always have both sets of parts. Crim addresses himself as a guy when in public, but he is both, and the Narrator and other Angels use gender neutral language when addressing Angels in the series. This site tagging Crim as a girl is inaccurate because of this reason. Either 1boy or androgynous would be more accurate to the way the character is addressed in both the manga and the anime.

Tagging is based on sex, not gender. I know a lot of people have an issue with confusing the two. Especially recently, even though you'd think it would be the opposite all things considered.

To put it bluntly, nobody cares about the philosophical, psychological, and sociological implications of what a character may or may not be thinking about their own existence while looking at hentai pictures. They care what they are seeing in the hentai pictures.

That being said, this probably isn't the best place for someone who uses the term "intersex" to be hanging around....

P.S. The "androgynous" tag is completely unrelated to the sex of the character. It can be used with both the 1girl and 1boy tags (although seeing a gigantic penis on a "1boy" just might disqualify him for that tag). 1other is what you're looking for there.
