Actually, unless their feet are bound, they can hypothetically unlock themselves: when the key is near the left one's neck, the right one can reach it with her feet (and vice versa).

So let me see if I can figure this one out... each time one of them orgasms, it moves the lock either closer or farther away. I'm guessing each one moves it towards the other girl, 'cause that seems more sadistic. And like n158402 said, the only way to get those locks open would seem to be with the feet. A truly devious device!
