The concept of an armored zeppelin/dirigible is interesting and sounds cool, but I wonder if it could be reliable or even possible... Really reminds me of Airships Conquer the Skies.

I know we had two blimps that were aircraft carrier motherships. We also tried the same with a converted passenger plane. I wonder if tech has advanced enough to make motherships out of large aircraft with less problems or we have to wait longer still.

Hmm... How interesting! I did not know of both blimps (Mainly because I am new to all this), although I have one doubt. How is it done (if possible) to recover the aircraft once launched from the blimp mothership?
