Love them both, but... Tharja is a Sociopath & Edelgard is actually the Villain in Three Houses (kinda like Lyon from the Sacred Stones or Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars). With all due respect. <3

@BigStudBen
Guess someone hasn't played the Crimson Flower route. The actual villain in 3 Houses is Rhea. She spent centuries lying to the people of Fodlan, having those that either knew the truth about her or were close to the truth executed under the excuse they were heretics. Not to mention her genocide against the Argathians resulted in Those That Slither in the Dark.

@#2498779 Considering how much Edelgard was used for promotion of the game, and that originally the main theme is called "Maiden/Young Lady of Hresvelg" and is sung about/from edelgard's point of view, and that her end goal is making Fódlan better by making everyone equal regardless of social standing and freeing the world of Those Who Slither in the Dark, while Rhea wanted to keep everyone blind sheep...
Yeah, it's pointing a lot more towards Crimson Flower being canon than any other route. The devs' intentions carry more weight than what NoA's, who change everything with every game.
@#2498438 Bold of you to decide things on your own based on your personal opinion and not facts. Edelgard is far from worst. You happen to not like them, that's fine. But yeah, sod off.
