The exact same white rusty flatbed truck is used in IBW-867 with Okabe Riisa / Okabe Riis (clip also in IBW-810Z) and AVOP-378 with Abe Mikako (clip also in IBW-681z). It's also in IBW-726 (Can only find video titled "Followed off the Bus") and on IBW-686. Another one: IBW-754z. Might also making an appearance in the beginning of IBW-758Z, not as part of a scene.
This one seems to come from TMA / 27ID-015 / 5527id00015 but there's no free trace 2 be found....
