I'll add the tag, sure. But I must know, how do you define guro? To me, this image isn't guro.

I see no injury, pain or gore in this picture. She's an amputee, yes, but she's not in the process of becoming such and she doesn't appear to be in any sort of pain or distress.

Still, if you think it should be tagged, I'll tag it.
