On a serious note, the blurring of lines between humanity, sexuality, and science is sort of the keystone of H.R. Geiger. Aliens are meant to represent male sexuality, while humans (all humans) represent female sexuality and maternity.

I know this is just fan work and hentai and has no obligation to adhere to lore or accuracy but it still bothers me. Of course with so many interpretations and versions of the xenomotph out in the zeitgeist convoluting an already vague mythology, it’s entirely possible that this reproductive process is pretty on the mark in some rare cases. But those girls really should be a bloody mess and dead after that.

It is indeed possible, particularly considering the conditions needed for the xenos to breed, except this is a far more practical method as it does not kill the hosts. This is an ideal scenario for the alien creatures, and the females wouldn't necessarily die if their bodies accepted the alien sperm/whatever it is that fertilizes their eggs as they do here. Based on the qualities of the fertilizer, it could even be less risky than human on human pregnancies. This is all just wishful fantasy, of course. ;)
