Overall its unclear, but she is pretty much like a grim reaper. She works with Wolf, and they always hunt together. When people see them, they can accept their death and die quickly or try to run. If they run, then that means Lamb and Wolf will just have to hunt them down, which wolf enjoys to do

She's what is known as a "psychopomp", which Anon2 correctly compared to a grim reaper. Psychopomps are cultural personifications of death or beings that govern death, i.e. Grim Reapers, Shinigami, Anubis, Hades, etc.
