The artist has been tagged since the beginning. Since this is their first work that made it to Gelbooru (imported from Danbooru, thus no human involvement), the tag type wasn't set.
In the future, remember that if there's a really weird-looking general tag that only has a couple of images, chances are it's the artist tag and just needs the type changed.
