nah,her hollow hole probally doesnt exist...i think arrancar of a certain power or higher DONT have it because of the hogyoku making them more soulreaper like.Afterall...think of it this way..

You do understand that the 'hollow hole' is the skull/bone part that's always attached to them. Nel has it on her head, the skull. Harribel has it over her mouth, which is why she wears that unfirorm with the high collar, it hides the fact that her mouth is covered in something that looks like the jaw part of her skull. If you have ever watched Bleach, you would know this. But clearly, you only watch it to get the girls's names, as most people do.
