Akeno's sexuality is much more complicated than Rias. She hits multiple fetishes like leather queen and shrine maiden, and her personality is an S&M switch that goes from full dominatrix to vulnerable and clingy because of her daddy issues. She also has a much prettier face and bigger breasts than Rias. The only thing Rias has over her is just a better adjusted family situation (and money).
