Honestly kind of a weird pairing. But Luffy is likeable, easy on the eyes and has abilities that I’d understand being ideal in a sexual setting. And I guess she’s blonde, tanned, hot and looks good receiving it.

I’d happily take this over the numerous Sasuke plus insert random girl downgraded to Sakura levels of shallow and dumb.

I think normal water should be fine so long as it’s not salt or seawater. He’s not quite at the levels of Bruce Willis from Unbreakable kinds of useless.
