Well, while it's not a 100% obvious shot, it seems quite possible to be a ref to them, anon2:

The suits themselves resemble the robots from the Around the World clip; they're holding a guitar and keyboard, which is their usual instrument line-up; and their suit colors seem to reference their helmets' colors.

These costumes are worn by a Japanese New Wave band called Spoozy's. This isn't a reference to Daft Punk. These costumes look nothing like DP's.
