It's absolutely possible. It's a thing called "Photorealism" where your art is made to mimic a photo or of real life. a skilled artist would be able to make a photorealistic version where it matched her cup size, hip size, thigh size etc. I think the artist just decided to plump her up a bit to fit their own tastes.

What part of the style tells you the artist wanted to make it photorealistic?
What part of a photo of an actual girl you deny deserving the tag real life?
Now, if there was a tag "photorrealistic" then obviously that would be inded wrong, as the drawing doesn't intend to be photorralistic, but an anime-esque translation of the photo.
