Not a literal translation.
The subject is often omitted in Japanese. In the third panel what she literally said was closer to. "My first time was at PE during my first year in middle school. It was fun!" I changed it a little bit so it sounded like something that you might actually say in English.

青姦 Means to sleep under the stars, but it also means to have sex outdoors. When she asks "Slept together?" at the end she's really wondering what they mean by "Sleeping outdoors". Since she still thinks they're talking about tennis.

That said this is all very out of character as we know Yuu is a total slut and would never have misheard "Penis" as "Tennis"(By the by those words sound similar in Japanese). If anything it would have been the other way around.
