I'm not too sure about this, it's supposed to be a parody of Tsukasa's signature word (balsamic vinegar ~ バルサミコ酢) and Lily's famous quote "It's spring!" (春ですよ ~ haru desu yo)
The pun makes no sense in English, but it would be something like "It's balsamic!"
