I think the twins might be girls. Eventhough the game, manga and commentary section of the anime say their guys sometimes when a book or game gets adapted for film or television, they'll change a gender, age or apperance of a character to make a show more appealing or less cotroversial. Like in A Clockwork Orange, the book shows Alex raping to 10-year old girls while in the movie he has sex with two women that look older than 18. There is still a possible chance that they are flat chested women because their butts and hips look too round to be a boys. I know the comentary claims their both boys but the Coen Brothers claim that Fargo is based on a real story when it wasen't. Some of us still debate but we'll never really know if the twins are boys in the anime adaptation.
