I've often wondered why milk is some times shown spurting from a girl/woman's nipples during sex, especially if that girl had been a virgin. Isn't it a biological fact that a woman/girl would have to have been well into a pregnancy for milk to start leaking out of the nipples of a pregnant girl/woman? I know in hentai anything goes, but is it a case that I'm missing something else altogether??
