I don't know if this is morally wrong or not. On one hand, you're possessing your brother so you can fuck his girlfriend. On the other, he won't have to deal with the idea that she's cheating on you because she was still technically fucking you.

A lot of people would call this "Rape by deception" and even if that is a hyperbolic term, it reminds us how we are treating someone a way we wouldn't want to be treated.

So I would say it does violate a moral boundary. Even if it's strange why Peach wouldn't want some sex to cheer her up from her headache.
