She’s known him forever and has had plenty of opportunities and time to make a move on him, she’s aware she has rivals vying for him now and still she’s slow and hesitates? Honestly, if he ends up with anyone else and puts this girl into the friendzone I wouldn’t feel too bad for her.

Anon1 She has a lot of self-doubt issues where she believes that Goblin Slayer may not see her romantically due the last fight they had when they were kids, having self-conscious issues about her body(she prefers the idea of a slimmer figure like Priestess) and believing the other girls to be superior to her (she considers Guild Girl to be way more mature than her and think men would prefer those types of women), and then the fact that Goblin Slayer seems to focused on Goblins to DO romance.
Her faults aren't unfounded. GS really wouldn't care while he's still focusing on Goblins, nor do we have any indication of his sexual preferences. So we don't know if he's a guy who likes small breasts or a guy who likes big boobs.

She's just a childhood friend who gets a little jealous seeing Goblin Slayer around other women, because it's just been her for the past five years. The ONLY female in the series that actually has romantic feelings for Goblin Slayer is Guild Girl.
