Incorrect. The word you're thinking of, 男の子 (otokonoko), does indeed mean "young male" (男(otoko) = male, 子(ko) = young). That's not the word that they're using, though; the word they're using is 男の娘 (otokonoko). This literally means "male daughter" or "male young girl" (男(otoko) = male, 娘(ko, musume) = young girl/daughter). It's a pun, and is common slang used in Japan pretty much the same way we use "trap" in English.
