Azur Lane's outright man hunter who feigns innocence showing her moves... Yes that is her specific character tropes... I know because I've read all her lines and know Ea from Kamihime Project who has... pretty exactly same talking way as she does... as well as lines overall when talking to a male.
Except in Kamihime they show Ea talking to other women. In Azur Lane they avoid I19 talking to other women because of the talking difference depending on gender, to the point Hori hasn't done a 4koma on I19 because they'd otherwise have to lie or make it so commander is close-by so she keeps talking in faked way.

Oh in her dialogue she has lines where her tone goes completely different from usual. Oh and feigning innocence? Yeah she acts cute on the front, she even sells her body to commander for praises "as long as you praise me you can do anything you want to me" (also when it's okay to have sex too even), she also says she doesn't need any female friends which means she doesn't care about other women really (Azur Lane Island has only 1 male that is commander and everybody else are females), also she'd prefer being with commander rather studying in school (sounds like somebody who specializes in playing with men!), she can also brag about her breast size and softness (pajama skin when you touch her boobs and commander obviously fondles them) , and when you marry her... she treats commander as her belonging/object 「もの」 mono "thing" (yep objectifying an adult man).
