Invincibility v. absolute destruction... geez, i don't think there IS a winner of this fight. Goku IS stronger, faster, and has an innate sense of battle, however, superman IS impervious to pretty much anything, and he is smarter, no offence to goku...add in the fact that they both can get exausted, I'd say its a very, very close match that would end in a tie...but thats just me.

Let me put it this way:
Superman sure is strong, fast and smart.
vs.
Goku sure is strong, fast and has the power to transform.
I guess Goku wins by the fact that they can do what superman can't, which is shatter miles by simple punching the ground. When they fight the entire plaet fills it, whjen superman fights, he must travel all the planet during the fight.
I'm not against superman, but sorry, Goku wins. Right now he has Genkidama in his left hand. If superman does not dodge it, he pretty much lost the battle. Comparing the two of them Superman would have,what? 300k 400k while goku in supersayan has 1kk?

goku wins, superman is awesome. but goku is so much more powerfull. goku can breathe in space, or at hold his breathe for hours on end. he could just teleport super to say.. somewhere with a different sun? because rememebr supermans powers come from our sun. different suns have different effects
kryptonite is easy to get hold of in supermans universe, and goku could easily teleport to get some.
im sure goku could stand being in the center of the sun, i mena by the end of the series he was so fucking powerfull...
