I don't know in the novel, but in the manga, Rimuru tests with its human form, noticing it's genderless, but he can change it, so it's as Ok to say the human form is "1girl" as to say it's a "trap" or a "reverse_trap" or even "1boy" and "androgynous". In fact, before reincarnation, Rimuru was a man, so it's probably more accurate to use these tags instead.
