I'm not sure that's what the artist had in mind, the balls drawn in the red thing seem to show them _busting_, that's the red stuff popping out in different places.

So it may be that the artist meant for it to be blood filling up his pants, because she kicked him so hard she literally bust his balls.

Either way I think it's safe to say she kicked him a lot harder than "lightly".
