i dont think its anime fault, but the creator artist choice for his/her series o3o plus the viable here is the fabric of said clothing. Could be thick enough to cover the nips up. either way, i wont argue about this since i love one piece concept in art, lore, and above all else its use for weird things to be OP powers XD.... Never thought string would be so deadly till doffy showed up XD
