No, you got the meaning of "Nakadashi sen'you" pretty much right (the kanji compound does mean 'exclusive use' after all), but "Binjo" is more like "Girl Convenience" (it literally means 'lady attendant') and "Nikubenki" is better rendered as "Fleshpot" in common porn parlance. (^u^)
