It's in hiragana, so there are a few possibilities for the exact verb chosen. It says "shite itte slowly". "Shite", as far as I know, can only mean "to do". "Itte" could be either "to go" or "to say" (you usually tell the difference by the kanji used or context). So it's either "Say it slowly" or "Go slowly".
I'm only JPN 202, though, so I may be wrong =)
