The two in the bottom left are a Furry cat and dog girl, I assume the one with two girl heads and a dog head in the right bottom corner is a Cerberus the two in the middle are a Harpy (the bird) and a naga (the snake) the two at the top right are, a Demoness and a catgirl, and I'm guessing the one farthest to the left in the top left hand corner is a toonooki.

I think it is a scaled picture of human to monster
human in costume in top left
human with added animal parts in top right
middle is humans with animal part replacements
bottom left is furry, or animals with human shape
bottom right is monsters with human shaped parts.

UPPER LEFT: Non Monster Girl Type A - Cosplay, people in cartoon costumes (kigurumi)
UPPER RIGHT: Non Monster Girl Type B - Various separate genres; succubus, catgirl, etc.
LOWER LEFT: Non Monster Girl Type C - Nonhuman face or highly animalized beastman girls; possibly doubtful?
LOWER RIGHT: Non Monster Girl Type D - Overly freakish; monsters, but not monster girls.
MIDDLE: Monster Girl - Face is human (this is important); half-human half-monster girl.
So basically the whole thing is the artist's definition of monster-girl, as opposed to other genres like cosplay and furry.
