Weapons is the Bergmann Maschinenpistole 18/I designed by Hugo Schmeisser in 1915 and built by the Bergmann Waffenfabrik Factory. It didn't begin to be issued until early 1918 using the same 32 round "Snail Drum" magazine as the LP08 Artillery Luger. These would later be banned by the Treaty of Versailles, but it was modified and improved upon afterwards being issued in the Weimar Era to police forces with a 20 round clip (which worked much better). Despite how BF1 portrays it, the MP18/I did not have a bayonet.

There are several things wrong with the grenades in this piece. BF1 uses the anachronistic Model 24 Stielhandgranate. Stick grenades used by German forces in World War One had a belt clip attached to the head and the end cap was in the shape of a "star" to allow an easier grasp in the wet muddy conditions.

The "Geballte Ladung" (bundled charge) is also the same anachronism, using the Model 24 in game. Very, VERY unlikely these would have ever been held together with leather straps, wire was more plentiful. Very early in the war Germany began to face a shortages of valuable leather due to the Allied Blockade. Soldiers were instructed to maintain and preserve their leather as much as possible, their lives may very well have depended on it.

Note: The Stirnpanzer "Brow Shield" on the Stahlhelm didn't offer much in the way of protection. A rifle shot may not puncture the helmet, but the force of the bullet would be enough to snap the soldier's neck... Just some food for thought.
