Rifle is the Gewehr 98, an improved rifle over the previous Gewehr 1888 "Commision Rifle". The pistol, just a guess, I assume is supposed to be a Reichsrevolver 1879?

Also a quick note: Cavalry straps were not used by the German infantry in World War One, only by dismounted cavalry units. The equipment belt was held up by the breadbag strap that hooked onto the D-rings sewn into the rear of the ammunition pouches.
