No "No" - if the arm lies like that - the hand could not be held like it is drawn. (except she's supposed to be some kind of ultra flexible human - still the hand looks fucked up)

I just tried the hand pose, it IS indeed possible, you just didn't try it. It's not all that hard, and it doesn't strain much either.
