So the guy who tagged this was kind enough to tell us the bird is called phoenix, but he couldn't go through the trouble of tagging Cyclops, Minotaur, Gryffon and Pegasus. Gotta admit, this is the most beautiful work I have seen that has an unfinished aspect.

Not even a phoenix, it's a Gryphon. which isn't even greek mythos, it's medieval if I recall correctly.
