because that "she" is a gender-confused/genderless character (tieria erde[male bishonen]). its been assumed that this person is a man, who looks girlish enough to be the groups undercover pervert magnet.
the more important question would be, why didn't anyone notice that gun if every male at the party had felt up the guy prior to this?
