I think I saw a diagram somewhere on this site that illustrated how to tuck away your junk. It involves having a small dick, tucking ones balls into ones pelvis, tucking the flacid dick on top of the balls, folding the loose skin over the dick/balls, and sealing it all together with tape.
Sadly, there are male cosplayers who cosplay (overly convincingly) as females all the time in Japan - often going so far as to flash a hint of their "vaginal curves" while sitting/squatting, etc...but without having a vag.
...Good GOD I know too much about that. My defense is that I learned this to keep myself from downloading male softcore porn thinking they're women.

But Capcom is a japanese company just like almost every other beatemup company at the time. A bunch of other companies that made Beatemups didn't give a fuck about hitting women either and even Capcom themselves did a full 180 and okayed smacking chicks around.
