I can't see myself ever going with Zelda in Ocarina of Time. According to the TV series, Zelda and Link shared a Master/Servant relationship towards each other. This appears to apply to Ocarina of Time. As a child, you have this whole "I just talked to a princess... coooool..." vibe going on, before finding another princess who tells you weird things. Then you don't talk to her in person until you grow up, where she disguises herself as a DUDE and bosses you around. Again with the master/servant relationship, with no time for bonding. The only way a dense fool like Link would get with her is with a good nudge from Navi.
