When Yotsuba first sees it while visiting her friends, Miura is already inside. But Yotsuba does not know this and believes it to be a genuine robot. Miura and Ayase Ena know the truth but opt not to tell Yotsuba. Although Danbo technically is not a character, it has become very popular and is even the mascot of Amazon.com in Japan.
