Its because it is the rematch every kaiju fans is waiting for ever since the 1962 film. We thought it would never happen since its would be a problem between two movie companies who is either very reluctant or just simply don't care. However, since Legendary has Godzilla under their belt and with their joint partnership with universal, it is a once and a lifetime opportunity to finally get two iconic monsters together and we thank god that Legendary took note of this and is actually going for it to happen.
