Looks to me like a E100 Hull (amount of wheels, the chain-things in the front and the upper and lower glacis being connected frontally), with a Maus-Turret (the 7.5cm secondary gun and overall rounded front give that kinda away) and a 15cm gun as the E-100 gets in WoT.
