I know a rape victim who is perfectly fine with not being dead. It is to my understanding that he is alluding to the fact that yukkuri abusers really torture the hell out of those things before they die, or just kill in creative ways for recreation. Killing in self defense is pretty much always excusable, although yukkuri can hardly scratch you without numbers on their side. I can't really help NovelsFan on using sex in the same context as rape, though I'm sure that's not what he meant. Things oft sound better in our heads than when we say them aloud or type them.
