@anon2 "With" has straps connecting the midriff-baring top to the slit mini-skirt. "Without" does not have them.

I agree with anon1, "with" does look better. Not exactly sure why, though.

To me this is showing with "panties"(the straps on the waist down) on and without them on. with does look better BUT if you think you can take her on then go for the without because the with your gonna struggle taking them off and without is no struggle just get the upper hand.
