Link from Breath of the Wild is wielding the Shield of Seals (Also known as "the Fire Emblem," specifically "the Archanean incarnation of the Fire Emblem") as it will appear in Fire Emblem Warriors, a Steel Sword from Skyrim, an ink jetpack from Splatoon 2, and is holding a blue JoyCon.
Mario is wearing the sentient cap from Super Mario Odyssey, a spring arm from ARMS, some sort of protective gear from some sports game, and is holding a red JoyCon.
The balloons behind Mario are the balloons that act as the health meter in Mario Kart's battle mode (Also worth noting: they bear the faces of Satoru Iwata and some other dude who wasn't as much of a public figure.) I believe the stickers on Mario's boxing glove come from 1, 2, Switch? There is a soccer ball between them representing FIFA, and there are tetraminos from Tetris and bombs from Bomberman floating in the background. Also, the hypothetical glass of ice used as an example of how the HD Rumble of the JoyCon will feel, and that one developer lying on the couch.
I'm not really sure what the balls with eyes or the tree with the dragon silhouette come from.

The balls with eyes are the puyos from the puyopuyo puzzle series, I think the tree thing might be from Xenoblade 2, I don't really know much about the Xenoblade series but there was a giant tree and some sort of flying creature in the trailer.
