Well, that's a strange one. Looks like a cover from a bonus disk, but there is no such disk on the official site. The photo (sans watermark) is taken from まりょうメイド① ROM. Looks pretty suspicious to me. Probably it’s a fake cover of a fake photo compilation made by someone else than Chouzuki Maryou-san.
