If you don't know your password and you can't reset it by email, yes. We have absolutely no way of recovering accounts that don't have an attached email address.

And nothing of value was lost. I suggest you change all your important passwords, but not before reinstalling windows. Get decent antivirus software too. Also, turn off wifi on your phone, when you leave home. Otherwise it tries to connect to available networks, which are potentially insecure.

Or set your phone to only connect to recognized networks.
