@TheExile, Medusa in her original series appearance was as Rider, and she has taken this tag on this site for several years. When Fate/Grand Order came out, the game included alternate versions of classic characters under other classes, such as Lancer Medusa. The original tag of Rider is still used for the character here, along with Medusa_(lancer)_(fate) for this specific version of her.
