12.29 and 12.31 dates on the sites are equivalent to street dates. This one is likely being sold now and there is a chance that a lucky few already have this set as well as the other 11 sets announced.
so scans of any of them could pop up at anytime online.
I have a feeling that this and the other sets will be up sooner than you expect , this or any of them could be up the same day they are put up for sale!
