I think that might be her top. In Pirate's Curse, Sky's dialogue art for the princess outfit made her look like she had the biggest boobs.

Unfortunately, while (from playthoughs by early-access backers) Half-Genie Hero looks to be another solid game, there seems to be no special fanservice moment like this.
