These two are Airi who is a spirit maid that feeds on souls (And a lesbian) and her victim is Nowa, a half elf. (I'll leave it to someone more knowledgeable than me to update the tags.) The way I reason Nowa is fine afterwards is the soul is like our blood; as long as the entire thing isn't taken, it will completely restore itself in time.
