Confusion about some belly tag

I got this issue on my mind since pretty long time already. There is many pictures with overgrown bellies that looks like character is pregnant but that's not correct. For example, it's unnaturaly overgrown due to contained semen, enema or some other fluid. First what came to my mind was to use stomach_bulge but I'm not sure about this after reading wiki description. Please tell me which tag is correct at those pictures to kill the confusion demon ^^
